what is your pricing structure?
while i do have a standard pricing structure, no two orders are alike, & therefore every detail of your order is worked out with me directly.
Do you accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions?
yes! I take allergies very seriously, so definitely let me know if there are any that I should be aware of. I also can make a wide range of dairy-free, lactose-free, & vegan desserts upon request. Please note that I work in a home kitchen where many common allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc.) are present & cooked with on a regular basis.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
I require a minimum of 7 days lead time for all orders, however, THAT DOES NOT GUARANTEE MY AVAILABILITY FOR THE DATE YOU ARE REQUESTING. on occasion I can ACCOMMODATE last minute requests FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, so it doesn’t hurt to ask! These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
do you deliver?
Yes! I offer free delivery with a $100 order minimum within a 10 mile radius of Sunnyvale, CA. If you are outside of this area or if your order comes out to less than $100, I will include a delivery fee in your quote.
how do i pay?
at this time i accept cash, Paypal, & Venmo.
do you ship via usps / ups / fedex?
unfortunately, at this time i do not offer shipping services for my baked goods. All orders will be hand delivered or picked up locally.
